1. Self cleaning structure, with undercutting on both sides. The machine head is made of 3mm carbon steel plate, and the tail is made of 4mm carbon steel plate. Wear resistant plates are installed inside the head cover shell;

2. Adopting EP bucket belt (relatively wear-resistant, water resistant, oil resistant, and with low expansion and contraction), the bucket is made of high molecular weight polyethylene material, and the bottom of the powder hopper has ventilation holes with a diameter of 2-5mm;

3. Equipped with speed measurement, current measurement, and anti deviation devices (Stefan electromagnetic type), the signal should be fed back to the PLC, and devices such as head wheel glue coating should be installed (the glue coating wheel is slightly higher in the middle and lower on both sides, and models above 50/23 are detachable glue coating). The tail wheel is a hollow type with a grille;

4. The machine head is equipped with a quick change baffle device, which includes a check device and a baffle plate. The gap between the baffle plate and the bucket is 10mm and the angle is 45 °. The baffle is a quick disassembly and installation method. The discharge port has a transparent observation window, a cleaning inspection port, and an anti bucket detachment device. Balance adjustment bolts must be designed on both sides of the hoist head wheel axle (with a nut welded at the bottom);

5. Inspection doors should be installed on appropriate floors. The inspection doors should be in the form of large open doors and quick release, with transparent observation windows and a height of 1 meter;

6. Adopting a self-cleaning circular base with a quick opening maintenance door at the bottom;

7. The barrel, head, and base of the machine should be reliably grounded, and insulation should be applied at the connection points to form a good path without interruption;

8. The hoist is equipped with explosion outlets at the head and on each floor, and the area of the explosion outlet meets the requirements of GB/T15605. The explosion outlet at the head is led out of the room, and the length of the conduit does not exceed 3 meters;

9. Install a lifting gantry on the upper part of the outdoor hoist platform; 10. FK bearing, equipped with shaft end protection device;
