Suixi Zhengda

Zhengda feed (Suixi) Co., Ltd. is a professional pig feed plant with an annual output of 180000 tons. The construction unit is Zhengda feed (Suixi) Co., Ltd. the project is a Shanghai Zhengcheng EPC project, located in shangkeng village, Yuezhen Town, Suixi County, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province.

The total investment of the project is 140 million yuan. The project covers an area of 28000m2 and a total construction area of 11035m2. The plant is mainly equipped with main works such as production workshop, Weighbridge and washing room, raw material warehouse and finished product workshop, and supporting office auxiliary facilities such as canteen, dormitory and office building.

The project uses a full set of modern intelligent feed production equipment of Shanghai Zhengcheng electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is equipped with two production lines. The granulation section is equipped with Zhengcheng granulation automatic control system, which can be started by one button. Raw material receiving configuration: 2 silos, 2500 tons / set, 5000 tons in total; 16 cement silos, 6300m in total ³。 For the distribution of finished products in bulk, there are 3 bulk channels, one of which adopts Zhengcheng innovative products: a set of finished product loading telescopic scraper, which can be used for multi variety loading in bulk warehouse, and the conveying capacity is ≥ 50 tons / hour.

The feed factory adopts full screen computer control system with Chinese operation interface. Scope of full screen control system: the whole feed production process from raw material receiving and feeding to finished product bulk loading and packaging. The system adopts distributed control mode. The system can control all electrical equipment and display its operation status in real time. It has the functions of fault alarm, report generation, historical data traceability and so on. The system has network remote maintenance function (access rights are controlled by both Party A and Party B to ensure network security).
