The 180000 ton feed plant project of Zhengda feed (Chongyang) Co., Ltd. is invested by Zhengda feed (Chongyang) Co., Ltd. and EPC by Shanghai Zhengcheng electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is located in Chongyang County, Xianning City, Hubei Province, covering an area of 61 Mu and a total construction area of 13000 square meters.

The project uses a complete set of modern intelligent feed production equipment of Shanghai Zhengcheng electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The production workshop is equipped with two production lines, and the granulation section is equipped with Zhengcheng granulation automatic control system, which can be started by one key. The advanced CPS batching system automatically establishes orders for batching, with small error and high precision.

The finished products are stored in 14 cement silos with a total volume of 3000 cubic meters, and are delivered in bulk and bags. The bulk delivery capacity reaches 100t / h, which can realize the simultaneous delivery of three channels. The packaging of bagged finished products is equipped with intelligent packaging scale and manipulator stacker, which is intelligent and efficient.

The plant layout shall fully consider the epidemic prevention requirements, the living area and production area shall be isolated from each other, and the raw material area and finished product area shall be isolated to prevent cross pollution; The production workshop is equipped with environmental protection equipment to ensure that the gas emission meets the national environmental protection requirements.
