The 240000 ton / year feed project of Zhengda feed (Yiwu) Co., Ltd. is constructed by Zhengda feed (Yiwu) Co., Ltd. the project is a Shanghai Zhengcheng EPC project, located at the intersection of Qianjie street and Yiyi Road, Yiting Town, Yiwu City.

The project covers an area of more than 40000 square meters; It mainly produces and sells livestock and poultry compound feed; The annual design capacity of phase I is 180000 tons and that of phase II is 240000 tons. It is a beautiful modern chemical plant with energy conservation and environmental protection.

The project uses a full set of modern intelligent feed production equipment of Shanghai Zhengcheng electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is equipped with two production lines. The granulation section is equipped with Zhengcheng granulation automatic control system, which can be started by one button. Raw material receiving configuration: 3 silos, 2000 tons / set, with a total of 6000 tons; 13 cement silos, 5400m in total ³； The finished products are packed in bulk and bags, and there are 2 bulk channels; 1 set of bag packing system.

The feed factory adopts full screen computer control system with Chinese operation interface. Scope of full screen control system: the whole feed production process from raw material receiving and feeding to finished product bulk loading and packaging. The system adopts distributed control mode. The system can control all electrical equipment and display its operation status in real time. It has the functions of fault alarm, report generation and so on. The system has network remote maintenance function (access rights are controlled by both Party A and Party B to ensure network security).

The feed factory has a complete biological epidemic prevention design, which mainly includes three parts: 1. Epidemic prevention for personnel in and out: hand washing disinfection at the front guard room, glutaraldehyde sole disinfection, and whole-body disinfection in the disinfection room; Use protective clothing and shoe covers after entering the factory; Production personnel must take a bath and disinfect before entering and leaving. 2. The area of finished products and raw materials shall be strictly separated, and the production personnel of both parties shall be managed separately; 3. Each production area has strict access control measures to prevent cross contact pollution.
